Earth Hour

in Outlet Village Belaya Dacha

On March 24th, 2018 at 20:30 Moscow time on the territory of Outlet Village Belaya Dacha external lighting will be turned off to support the international movement Earth Hour.

Earth Hour is a worldwide movement organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). The event is held annually encouraging individuals, communities, and businesses to turn off non-essential electric lights for one hour, from 8:30 to 9:30 pm on a specific day towards the end of March, as a symbol of commitment to the planet. It was started as a lights-off event in Sydney, Australia in 2007. Since then, it has grown to engage more than 7,000 cities and towns across 187 countries and territories.

The world's largest landmarks turn off the external illumination every year in support of the event - the Eiffel Tower, the Coliseum, Big Ben, St. Basil's Cathedral and the State Hermitage.

This year Outlet Village Belaya Dacha proudly joins the worldwide movement. At 20:30 the external lighting of the complex will be turned off for an hour and at 21:00 visitors will launch beautiful white balloons into the sky on the main square of the Outlet.
