Marina Militare traces its history back to 1917. It all started from a small sewing workshop on the south coast of Italy. Masters of the clothing establishment specialized on individual sewing of uniforms for nautical sports.
Everyday clothing of this style implies the presence of distinctive features. First of all, it is layered, which provides optimal temperature conditions when worn. In addition, the military clothing for men:
- is made mainly from natural fabrics, but can also be made from innovative "breathable" and waterproof materials;
- has low-bright colors, the most popular of which are khaki, beige and brown;
- shows a lot of patch pockets, metal buttons and zippers, belts with large plaques, military symbols, epaulettes;
- has a straight or semi-fitted silhouette.
For the military style clothes are used hard-wearing and thick fabrics. Sometimes, the clothes are made of the same cloth for the military needs and for sale in civilian stores.
